Help! Can someone assist me with managing my network?
Is there a way to be sure all the necessary Microsoft patches have been applied to my server software and that my virus protection is up to date? Did my backup work last night? Is my backup data any good? I want to implement a more reliable and automated form of backup, but I do not know how. Is my disk drive near capacity? Would I be warned if my disk drive was almost full? Is my network designed for growth? What is the best way to manage the required daily maintenance of my network? I know some things are not being done the way they should be done to keep my network running properly. I know this is costing me money! Is there a way for me to be more proactive in the management of my network?
Seminar Time: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m
How can I protect my server from being “hacked” from the outside?
What should I be doing to make sure my data is secure? I use virus protection, but that does not seem to do enough. What is a firewall and should I have one? What about intrusion detection, is that affordable? Is there a better way to get rid of SPAM?
Seminar Time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
What can Mobile Solutions do for my business?
How can I access my data remotely yet securely? Can I create a central library of documents that can be accessed remotely and securely by predetermined users? Can data be sent to my mobile device for editing and securely sent to another mobile device or returned to a central data storage location?
Seminar Time: 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
What is Unified Communications?
What are Unified Communication technologies? Does it mean I can have my voice mail sent to me in an email? Can I collaborate on documents, PowerPoints, etc,. without being in the same location? Are there tools available to facilitate communication when collaborators are in separate locations? Can I look at past changes and conversations on previous collaborations?
Seminar Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Hall In the exhibitor hall attendees will find information tables. There will be an information table corresponding to each seminar topic. Attendees will also find additional displays that are not tied to seminar presentations.
Microsoft Licensing Compliance Penalties for non-compliance are quite severe! What is compliance? Am I compliant? If not, what are my options? Is there an amnesty program? What do I have to do to prove compliance? What are the penalties? Time to be proactive before it is too late!
If you are a business owner or it is your responsibility to oversee your network, this event is for you! Representative(s) from Microsoft, Watchguard, GRU, and Alltel will be participating in this event and assisting in their relative solutions.
